At Douglas Judo Club we make all new members welcome, we also welcome established judokas from anywhere in the world.

We aim to have fit, athletic Judokas who want to learn to improve their Judo.

HYGIENE

Personal cleanliness is very important. Judo kits must be clean and hands must be washed before class starts.

No footwear to be worn on the mat but footwear must always be worn when you go off the mat.

All jewellery, watches etc must be removed before you go on the mat.

SELF DISCIPLINE

The coaches at Douglas Judo Club will try to make the judo sessions informative and fun, in return we expect all judokas to listen to instruction and work hard.

Misbehaviour will not be tolerated.
